Carol you need to simplify your diet, lots of fresh veggies, and

whole grains. Try to do very simple and bland for a bit. Also, try

some umeboshi plums or paste for your acid problem.

No I didn’t go to RFD, I didn’t

have time. Besides my friends won’t go there. They still haven’t forgiven

me for taking them for my birthday 4 years ago. Maybe next trip.

How could you NOT go to RFD??????? I would have gone alone and
