Guest guest
I used DMSO topically at night for plantar fascitis. I soaked a gauze in 70% then wrapped that with plastic wrap, and tied a white cotton athletic soak over that. Most nights it stayed on. I had been struggling with PF for about 6 weeks after stepping on an extension cord end and injuring my foot. I did not get it diagnosed for a month so kept walking on it thinking it was bruised. It got worse so I finally went to the doctor who put me on crutches. Any way it resolved pretty quick after I got serious about compressing it at night. I used the crutches some and also had just gotten a pair of custom made orthotics for my shoes, by coincidence.
