Price foundation website, and I knew right away that all of my diet searching was over :-) It has changed my life in such a dramatic way! Anyway, in all this time, it had never crossed my mind to check and see if there were any e-mail groups for this. DUH!!!!!! I did last week, and found y'all :-) Amazingly enough, there is someone here who I know (Hi !!!!!) I have 4 daughters, and just found out I am p0regnant with the 5th munchkin :-) My 4 yr old has vaccine induced autism. With this comes many food problems. She has very SEVERE reactions to gluten. I read the info about soaking wheat flour and instinctively KNEW it would work for her, but I was scared to death to try it. A gluten reaction normally put us through 2 1/2 weeks of pure hell. I could hardly believe myself the day I got up the nerve to give a muffin from 'Nourishing Traditions'. I was so scared of the reaction. Well, there was none! Other than the black circles under her eyes going away and her actually gaining some weight because she is finally actually absorbing some nutrients from her food. WA-HOOOOO!!!! When I say this info has changed our lives, I really mean it. We are now in the process of doing everything we can to prepare to start our own CSA. We are so excited about this! Once we get it going, we will not have to deal with anymore of this 'where the heck can I find raw milk, and pasture fed beef, and . . . . . ' garbage!
