I know that there is huge controversy about it causing yeast. I have two completely different children. I dont think it is a cure all but for us it as completely eliminated the autistic hyperactive temperment issues and bloating. Something is going on with this stuff. I skip it for a day and I see regression. I put it back and it fades away. Nattalie has had so much success with prebiotics that it inspired me to research it and give it a try.
