How do you, your administration, etc handle it? Is it a problem in your area? We seem to really be having a problem with one particular doctor and haven't gotten any assistance from our administration (that we can tell anyway). He might have gotten fined but it sure hasn't stopped him from blowing off steam at us. He called me the other day (as the charge nurse) and told me 2 more girls that he didn't want caring for his patients.
