help with 14 week old puppy

Sat within 1 hour my puppy got very sick. I first noticed she could not use the

left rear leg, she ate dinner but by morning much worse, could not walk, so i

took her to emergency. They xrayed leg, nothing wrong, but she can't put any

weight on it. Monday I went to another vet as she was worse, throwing up,

diahrea, would not eat, they just did fluids and tramadal. On Tue I went to

another vet who thought it could be auto immune related and did pred and

antibotics and she is feeling better, but she can not use the rear leg. I found

a hard red lump on her side today, could it be a spider bite? They don't know

after looking at it, but said the pred is still the way to go. However, she

can't not put any weight on the rear leg. She is eating now, still very sore

all over the entire body, does not want picked up, will bite at me. Any ideas,

if it is either one of the ideas they came up with? My blood work shows an

infection and very wird liver stuff, I could write it all down if you need it.

Very low auto platelet 156 with large platelets present.

none of the vets have any idea what to do. If its from poison attacking the

joints can't we do more than just the pred????
