I have now added Vit. D & zinc. What a good idea about the abreva-will try

that. That link mentioned tagamet hmmm. I just put on the coffee topical

application. I use lysine internal & external, coconut oil & milk external, vit

c loposomal, CS internal, CS-DMSO external. I also listen to healing

frequencies on youtube.
