OT:

I called my homeopathic vet to update her on what was going on. She

agreed it was worthwhile trying his previous remedy again. I called

him and he struggled to get up and limped to me all bent over--

awful! I gave him the dose of remedy. He sort of plopped down on

the floor in front of me and just lay there. Half an our hater I was

pulling on my snow pants to go out for a walk and he heard me. He

voluntarily got up and walked almost normally to me and wanted to

join me. We went on a walk together and he ran down the road ahead

of me like his old self!!!????? He was still showing some lameness

in the front leg, but the hind end seemed normal and he was running

without any apparent pain. He still looked a little off by evening.

The following morning he was even better, offering to play with our

other dog and the front lameless had lessened. Continued to improve

through out the day. But this AM he was in obvious pain again.

Repeated the remeday and he showed immediate improvement. We'll see

where this goes.

This is no longer just a DMSO subject and I don't want to take up

time on this list for those who may not be interested. Please feel

free to e-mail me off list if you are interested in hearing more

updates. And I will post here again if I start using DMSO on him.

Thanks for everyone's help. I greatly appreciate it and the

wonderful resource that this group offers.

regards,

Mara
