Guest guest
I find it absolutely borring to live alone. I don't enjoy to be with me. I don't enjoy taking care of myself. 1) True? Yes...I find my thoughts very borring. And I don't enjoy to be with me this very moment. I find it a duty to take care of my food, of my house etc. 2) Absolutely true? No, sometimes I enjoy myself being on my own. To take care of my food and my house feels always like a duty. 3) When I think those thoughts I feel very sad. I feel not worth living, not worth to take care of myself. Hating those borring thoughts. 4) without these thoughts? I feel free.... 5)TA. I find it exciting to live alone. I enjoy to be with me. I enjoy to take care of myself. greatings, Maneesha
Guest guest
Dear Maneesha, to me it sounds like you have a story that things would be different/better if you had someone to live with. My expierence is that that don´t necessary have to be true. You are still living with the same old thoughts. My work would look like this: If I had someone to live with it would mean I wouldn´t find it a duty to take care of my food, my house and myself anymore. Is it true? I don´t know. Can you absolutely know it is true? No. How do you feel and react when you believe this thought and you are living alone? Sad. Like living with someone is the only way to get those things. Like I am not worhty of them alone. Angry of the fact that I don´t have someone to live with. Who would you be without this thought? Happy with my life as it is. Happy with me as I am. TA: If I had someone to live with it would mean I would still find it a duty to take care of my food, my house and myself anymore. It could be true. I already have someone to live with - me. There is where I should start. Can I just live with me in peace? Love, > > I find it absolutely borring to live alone. I don't enjoy to be with me. I > don't enjoy taking care of myself. > > 1) True?
