Guest guest
I have had an 18 y o migraine sufferer "tingle" for days and find it unpleasant, even painful. I have had other " tinglers" who say the experience is pleasurable but this girl finds it painful and says it lasts for days. The tingling seems to come and go but is usually in her arms and legs and occasionally in her forehead. Any ideas on why someone would have this result? Thank you, Dana Rutschilling, LISW More on Tingles A 43yr old mail friend in California had his first week of NFB sessions and experienced a physical 'tingling (specifically the word he used) sensation' right below the scalp that lasted for 2 days. It was not unpleasant. I believe he said this was toward top/rear of his scalp. He also went for 3 days with very little sleep. He did not find this unpleasant either but simply 'watched' the process and spent more time in meditation than sleep state during those days. > > I have a 51 yo male client I am seeing to attempt to help with his > alcoholism.
