I didn't realize that the health food market in Vancouver wasn't up

to Seattle's. What about Bellingham to shop? I will be visiting my

sister there this month [before going to Bozeman, MT and Yellowstone]

and maybe getting a few things before my job starts. How much is

nutritional yeast in Canada? I pay 5.15 per pound in Oregon but it

was nearly 11.00 for 10 oz in Texas.

I have no idea how much yeast is, I'll get back to you on that.

Bellingham might have something, but I haven't really checked. Seattle seems to have it all. I can't even find my bank in Bellingham, but I know it's there. (I do know where Krispy Kreme is!)

There are so many products in the states we don't have. For example, that Quorn brand. (yeah I know it's not macro) but it's still good and a nice alternative. But it's not sold in Canada anywhere! Now Toronto might be different I know they have a Whole Foods and one is opening up here in August I think. I"m just hoping they have the same brands.

Thanks Millady,

I know there are some nice veggie products coming out of BC since the

west coast gets the benefit of them at least. I found the prices on

health foods were a bit higher in BC than here but they were

reasonable for someone on a budget.

Speaking of good prices, our local " Food Outlet " [cheap prices]

started carrying veggie entrees after I spoke up. I stocked up on

ricemilk, etc. this evening.:]*
