I heard on the news this morning about fires in Oregon.

I hear you Carol! They've been burning fields left and right over

here. I've never been so happy to see the Pendleton Roundup leave

town, so I could breathe again! They bring in so much dust, cattle,

horses, sheep, sawdust, hay... it all makes my allergies nuts!

Yeah they burn the fields here it was a couple weeks ago! but the breeze was good then and the smoke didnt linger, but this fire is sending the ash our way and it sucks!!!!!

Our county, Benton, won't let us do any burning, but we get smoke from

Umatilla,lin and Grant burning of fields.

I so know how you feel.

WE had huge hay fire in Prosser this week, but wind must have been

blowing the right direction for us not to get it. We don't live that

far from Prosser.

I hear you all, my bil and fil have been creating 2 big piles of trees to

burn and they are waiting for the trees to drop their leaves so they can do

Me neither. I've been on placement in a primary school the last week as part of my PGCE, and there has been a flu bug going round. Yesterday I was really cold, and felt completely devoid of all energy, then today I was really cold again, and have had a sore throat all day. My breathing had been fine, but just in the last 15 mins has started to go a bit. My peak flow is about somewhere, but unfortunately I'm still unpacking as I only moved into my new house last week, and my bedroom is complete choas...
