Stevia instead of splenda!

Hello all, Has anyone out there ever tried Stevia Sweetener.

Shomon mentions it in her Weight loss plan and I wondered if its any

good. Its kind of spendy so I thought Id ask!

Yes, I use it sometimes, though not as faithfully as I should because I'm

still dipping into the sugar also. Stevia has to be stirred stirred stirred

before it will desolve. They even tell us that on the label, but it does

work well.

mary, maybe you can find an easier-to-use formula. the one i have --

made by a canadian company called mystic moments remedy inc. -- is

suspended in water. all you need is two drops in a cup of tea, and

you're golden! the bottle is small, too, so i carry it with me in

my purse. best,

, does it have other ingredients in it, like fillers and such?

This is one problem that I have with allergies and such.
