Guest guest
They might not have had ME/CFS but don't assume it was depression either. No doubt you did not mean to be insulting but for someone like me who has had serious, disabling major depression for about 20 years, it can feel that way. Real clinical depression, not simply " the blues " does not remit in 3 days either, though less severe cases can and often do clear in a few months, especially with therapy and/or medication. On the other hand, I totally agree with you about people who have so-called miracle cures but won't divulge their contents. Real scientists share their work and have no secrets. Barbara > Am I the only person who thinks these people never really had ME/CFS? > You cannot even recover from a common cold in 3 days!!! > There are too many people who suffer from depression, call it CFS, tout some " miracle cure " and then the rest of us, who are seriously ill, get branded as hypochondriacs or malingerers.
