They might not have had ME/CFS but don't assume it was depression either. No

doubt you did not mean to be insulting but for someone like me who has had

serious, disabling major depression for about 20 years, it can feel that way.

Real clinical depression, not simply " the blues " does not remit in 3 days

either, though less severe cases can and often do clear in a few months,

especially with therapy and/or medication.

On the other hand, I totally agree with you about people who have so-called

miracle cures but won't divulge their contents. Real scientists share their

work and have no secrets.
