Guest guest
, There is a macro in the TLC optional or TLC optional art file (in your XLStart folder) called FixReverse. You open the file (after artifacting, if you will be doing that), so you have 3 rows of data, but you want the channel 1 data in channel 2 and vice versa. Just go to Tools:Macros:Macro and select FixReverse with the sheet open, and the data will be reverssed. Not sure I understand your second question. Beta3 (23-38 Hz, I assume) doesn't come from too much or too little attention. It is likely to be excessive coritical activation, usually in response to some kind of traumatic or stressful experience over time. Pete Hi- I have a couple questions that I think I know the answer to but seek confirmation before moving forward- 1- Can someone help me find that EXCEL FIX for situations when the person who recorded inverted channels? 2- When Beta3 is higher on the left side- that is may come from TOO MUCH attention when young or from LACK OF attention. Vice versa. Thanks a lot- -- Van Deusen pvdtlc@...http://www.brain-trainer.com305/433-3160The Learning Curve, Inc.
Guest guest
Hi Pete, I forgot to ask you if you had time to contact the person who developed and manufactured a hardware which is capable to connect and receive all the Assessment's sites (F,C.P,T & ML) at the same time, so maybe someone of your team may create a TLC assessment for that equipment with the goal to be able to do an assesment in just three minutes test. Thinking in those kids (and some adults) who really get bored at the regular assessment, and also for a shortcut for us as trainers... Maybe you may sell this equipment with the software (TLL Assessment) which, obvious needs to work with BE, and you may call it the TLC Assesment Tool or hardware, or whatever you want to name it...I'll be the first in the list to buy that!!! ,C.H.Training for Life Re: two easy questions , There is a macro in the TLC optional or TLC optional art file (in your XLStart folder) called FixReverse. Guest guest
, The Infiniti (made by Thought Technology, can gather 6 sites at a time, and the software to do that (including the TLC Assess files) is in available now. You can run the entire assessment of the 5 standard site pairs and one optional in 2 passes--about 6 minutes not including lead placement--or all 18 sites in 3 passes. I've also received the data files for the Mindset 24 from some folks interested in seeing if we can get an output file from that device that would work with the TLC. That obviously would allow us to do the whole process with a single pass. I've just gotten back from my training trip and will have a chance to look through that material to see if I can get it to work. Guest guest
Pete, The TLC update for Infiniti is available at this moment? Francois told me that it would be sent automatically to those who bought an earlier version. Or do I need to order it? Guest guest
OK Pete, thank you for that information, but can we wait to have something similar with BioExplorer? ,C.H.Training for LifeMiami,FL Re: two easy questions , There is a macro in the TLC optional or TLC optional art file (in your XLStart folder) called FixReverse. Guest guest
You could do it with 5 Pendants or 5 BrainMasters (etc) if you have enough USB ports. I'll have to set up a BE design to gather and process the data in 4, 6 or 10 channels. Hasn't been much demand for it yet. Guest guest
Wouldn't you also need as many additional Active Electrodes? Wouldn't another, less costly, possibility be to use a switching device and only a single Pendant/Active Electrode (plus 4 additional pairs of electrodes + leads) It would take as long as the present setup with the exception that one would simply use the switch instead of repositioning the sites on the scalp. I would guess for about $100 you'd save what 10 minutes? Maybe not such a good deal after all. nick Van Deusen wrote: You could do it with 5 Pendants or 5 BrainMasters (etc) if you have enough USB ports. Guest guest
J.R. Here's a file for gathering the assessment data with BE in 4 channels. Unfortunately, developing the BioReview report (unless Larry comes to my rescue with something I've missed) will take a little longer. It should be as easy as just changing the Source objects from channels 1 and 2 to channels 3 and 4, but...it turns out that ain't so easy. Just as with Infiniti, you can gather all the data at once in BE, but you have to process it 2 channels at a time to allow us to bring it into the assessment. Pete OK Pete, I have 2 pendants, so that's 4 channel, but if I record data from that how do I discharge all that data into the TLC Assess? ,C.H.BrainTrainer @ Training for LifeMiami,FL Re: two easy questions , There is a macro in the TLC optional or TLC optional art file (in your XLStart folder) called FixReverse.
