Guest guest
the doctor increased the armour to 30mg and i am feeling a bit better. i'm trying to be good to myself in the new year. i'm using my carry over days from 2003 and taking the first week of february off to recharge. i've been so busy at work, that it will be a nice respite. i'm trying to not focus on being sick. i know the pills (thyroid and supplements) are a way of life right now and i hate being reminded of that everyday, but i'm trying to stay positive and when people ask how i am, i'm just saying that i'm fine. honesetly i'm still a bit tired and it seems like there aren't enough hours in the day. after work, working out, coming home and showering and cooking dinner...i'm wiped out. i wish there was more time in the day, but for right now i'm accomplishing more than i have in years. happy new year--i hope it's a good year for all of us! xo hillary Re: Raynaud's-Carla/hillary Hillary, my hands are also swelling more in colder temperatures. Since the temperatures dropped significantly here (15-18 degrees), I've been waking up with my hands swollen and achy. As I begin to use my hands and get going in the morning, the swelling goes down. Hillary, how are you, BTW? Did your doctor increase your Armour yet? Are you feeling better? Hugs, Sheila
