You sound a bit like me, Deborah in that I am pretty healthy (except

for EN) and try to avoid meds if possible. Like you I have not yet

figured out what is causing my EN flare ups.

6. Describe yor erythema nodosum symptoms.

Painful red raise bumps on my lower legs. The come and go with a mind

of their own. I have no idea why I get them other than I did

initially get them on birth control and during both of my pregnancies.

However, I now get them randomly.

7. List any other health conditions.

Not really many other conditions, I have been told I am very

healthy.

8. State what medications you take:

None - I try to stay away from meds because I am not sure what

will react with me
