Good morning, sister chick! Hey, ya didn't miss anything exciting when 2004 came in...at least where I was at anyway!!

Well, I'm having my first menstrual cycle since I started ARmour. I started it yesterday. Okay, every month I'm am so sick with menstrual pains. The anti-inflammatory I take does help reduce it enough that I can work during my cycle, but I still have a lot of pain, nausea, sometimes diarrhea, and usually always migraine.

Okay, I started my cycle yesterday. I havehad NO menstrual cramping...NONE. That's a miracle. Since I was feeling so bad with the upper respiratory crud, if I had had to deal with the menstrual stuff, I would've been in really bad shape. I haven't felt like I was gonna puke my guts up nor have I had diarrhea.

Also, get this...every month for the past year I've been keeping a migraine diary. I always get a migraine usually the day before my cycle or during my cycle or at the end of my cycle. so far, NO MIGRAINE. I did have a headache yesterday all day, but it was a sinus headache. There's a huge difference between those kinds of headaches...mine was definitely NOT a migraine.

Debbie, I feel like crud from this upper respiratory crud, but I am happy, happy, happy, girlfriend!!!! Kemal is amazed but usually every cycle I am crying in pain...doubled over...not this time.

Maybe it's too early to attribute all these change to Armour, but what else could it be? It's been exactly 3 weeks since I started Armour. I haven't had a migraine since I started it.

I hope, hope, hope it continues like this. If it does, 2004 is gonna be a GREAT year for me!!!!

My mom was doing some kind of herb for hot flashes. I e-mail her and ask her what it was.
