As much as I like the idea I would still have problems as I'm only

cooking for one, and only on weekends. However, I DO think it would

be grand for there to be some forum for a newly tried recipe each

month. Surely between all these people someone is trying a new recipe

once a month... and I'll start :) ..... I made the meat loaf last

weekend with hamburger from a grass-fed cow. It was delicious. I did

not have celery for the recipe, but did not miss it.

I rarely ate beef before understanding the value of grass-fed meat.

Sometimes years would pass without eating meat. I can tell you the

taste is different when it's grass-fed. And the skeptics in my family

and work are clammering to get some now that they've tasted it

themselves. Before when my husband would cook a steak there was a

putrid smell in the air. Not now. And I don't feel heavy after eating

it.
