As much as I like the idea I would still have problems as I'm only cooking for one, and only on weekends. However, I DO think it would be grand for there to be some forum for a newly tried recipe each month. Surely between all these people someone is trying a new recipe once a month... and I'll start ..... I made the meat loaf last weekend with hamburger from a grass-fed cow. It was delicious. I did not have celery for the recipe, but did not miss it. I rarely ate beef before understanding the value of grass-fed meat. Sometimes years would pass without eating meat. I can tell you the taste is different when it's grass-fed. And the skeptics in my family and work are clammering to get some now that they've tasted it themselves. Before when my husband would cook a steak there was a putrid smell in the air. Not now. And I don't feel heavy after eating it. anne > > > > Cheers, > > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: J.R. > a Augustine > > @y... > > Sent: 2/1/2001 6:09:00 AM > > Subject: Re: cooking > sprouted things > > > > > > > > Has anyone used the sprouted grain flour for baking > cookies? > > I would like to know if anyone has success with this too.
