Guest guest
I was taking Provigil for about three months. I liked my response to the medication...I could stay awake for more hours at home, and I was starting to feel like doing things again. I didn't have any problems with my heart racing or anything like that, but, I did develope a very strange rash! At first it began on my hands and arms, then spread to my chest, back and legs. In the warnings about provigil it tells you that if you develope any rash to stop taking it and see your doctor. I stopped taking it about two weeks ago and my rash is disapearing. Sad, because I really felt it was helping me with my energy levels. Guest guest
Second response to this.....I just realized that my migraines did increase within the last few weeks of taking the Provigil. I hadn't made the connection until I re-read Donna's posting. I haven't had anymore migraines since I stopped taking it. Thanks, Donna, for helping me put the two together!! in Arizona > > Provigil does work good in that it works like a stimulant w/o many of > the stimulant side effects (racing heart, etc).
