Guest guest
I have had vertigo off and on over the years - generally from an inner ear infection - or being stopped up - I learned a hint years ago from a doctor to look straight ahead - that helps keep the room from circling - but not if you are trying to walk - somehow turning your head or laying down makes it worse - I keep antivert - a prescription - on hand in case I get vertigo - but check with your doctor or druggist - there is a form of dramanine that has the same medication in it - you always need to check with a professional in case you have an ear infection or other problem and not self medicate with the wrong thing
