I am just going out for a drink with a friend tonight, nothing fancy, no big expensive club scene either. How 'bout you both? Guess what Genie sent me just in time for my birthday - a jar of " Young Again " progesterone cream -- how darn appropriate is that!!!! lol... if only it were true, Genie!! Anyway, I'll keep you posted on how it affects me... Sheila, so glad to hear Armour is helping some of your symptoms... that's very interesting about the vaginal problems, I have dealt with various problems over the years and I have wondered for a while if they've been related. Debbie, is Armour helping you too? I have increased my Cytomel and don't feel at all different (but I know if I go off it cold turkey I'll feel horrific). Guest guest Posted January 1, 2004 Report Share Posted January 1, 2004 I was sleeping by the time the ball dropped LOL. I tried to take a nap so that I'd be able to stay up and ring in the new year but that didn't happen and so I missed it. I did wake up once, around 10:00 but fell right back to sleep and didn't wake up until 6 a.m. LOL. Terry and I usually stay home where it's safe. The last time we were out celebrating New Year's was back when 2000 was coming in and we went to a private party. In fact, that's probably the last time I really tied one on and got really wasted! hehe About the vaginal stuff, I explained to Sheila that having/dealing with this cervical issue, and my meopausal symptoms rising, I can't honestly tell you whether the Armour has made a difference in that area. I've had two surgeries, a gazillion periods, and since there's no sex for six weeks after each surgery and during the gazillion periods...well all I can say is that my sex life has been pretty sad this year! When/if this cervical issue and having periods every two weeks goes away, I'll surely letcha's know then if the Armour has helped LOL. I can only hope that I get thru menopause fast! I'm having more night sweats and hot flashes these days and was thinking it was the Armour but after experimenting with it the last few days, I can't blame the Armour because I'm getting the hot flashes day and night. I guess it's time to go searching for something natural to help other then all the stuff they've got out there that has all that soy in it. If anybody knows something I can take, please let me know!!!
