Sandy I have a couple of jars of very old Kefir which I kept in a cool

place - can I still use them & can you remind me how you make it, if I can

use it please?

Hi Mara,

Yes, there is coconut milk kefir. You can make coconut milk yourself with

fresh coconuts or you can buy canned organic coconut milk from the health

food store. I make milk and coconut milk kefir and love them both.
