I started using cayenne after reading about Dr, 's

use for high blood pressure. I started with capsules, but too

much trouble (I was stuffing my own) so I started chugging

down 2 teaspoons cayenne in half a glass of water.

I took a little getting used to, but after couple a weeks

it was OK. I take 2 t. twice a day.
