Help with Callus on Bottom of Foot

Good Morning from Sunny AZ.

I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions about how to remove a callus I have

on the ball of my left foot. It really hurts and I have to put a circle with a

hole on it to be able to work. Unfortunately, I am on my feet all day.

I have soaked, filed down and removed some of it at times and it still is there

and of course affects teh way I walk, thus throwing off my back.

I really like reading all of the messages in the group and find much helpful

information here. I am originally from VT and enjoyng seeing some that are from

there.
