I've always loved that quote.

Also, I find it interesting that in Chinese medicine, the liver is where

anger is lodged. That's one reason why I do my best to steer clear of

" debates " and arguments: my poor liver has enough to deal with, without

sending it a whole lot more anger!

But Tony, anne is so right: anger is part of coming to grips with our

situation. Most of us if not all of us move past it, usually rather

quickly. But go ahead and let it out, better to go somewhere and shout

until you're hoarse than to hold it in--or vent to us on the list, because

we don't mind, and we understand where you are coming from. (Because we've

been there.) Then perhaps you will see that although much has changed,

much more has not: Humans are lots more resilient than we realize.

Just keep on taking good care of yourself, Tony. You have lots of support

here.
