Guest guest
I began Savella 3 weeks ago. I was able to get it approved easily through United Healthcare Evercare (Medicare Replacement.) Week 1 - I had mild - moderate nausea, headaches and insomnia. I felt a difference by day 3. Week 2 - I had quickly passing queasiness, insomnia. Progressively felt less pain in joints, fatigued but no dire need to lie down and sleep and IBS reduced. Week 3 - 50mg twice daily. Quickly passing quesiness, insomnia (started taking it earlier and sleeping pills work now), substancial less pain almost none with Tramadol, joints tender not sore, swelling in joints minimal, mild fatigue only requiring 1 Provigil not 2 daily, no IBS and minimal fogginess. I was on Cymbalta (max 120 mg) with decent results for several years and stopped last year with a bout of infectious colitis. I was never able to tolerate it again and had severe vomiting shortly after dosing. Lyrica was no better than Neurontin/Gabapentin so I went back to the later. Hope that was helpful ~ Cat
