Guest guest
Hi Helena. Welcome to the group. I agree with everyone else about you finding a way to get on meds now. Your TSH is way too high. I wanted to update everyone on my biopsies and colonoscopy. The GI said that my insides look good, except for a stomach ulcer. My biopsies were benign, and showed no Celiac's. I go back to see the GI this week. Does anyone know anything about Alkaline Phosphatase being low in the Comprehensive Metabolic Panel test? Also, my MCV is high and my MCHC is low. This is one of the reasons I was tested for Celiac's. Now that we know it is not Celiac's, what else should I ask about? My labs are below for these things. Alkaline Phosphatase 26 Normal Range 30-132 MCV 104.2 Normal Range 80-100 MCHC 31.5 Normal Range 32-36.4 I know that by themselves, low AP is a protien dificiency, high MCV is a vit B12 dificiency, and low MCHC is an iron dificiency. Is there anything that would cause them all? Thanks, Robin
