I have never taken it but I am waiting for my insurance company to approve it.

I have been on Savella since August. I've decided to give it six months to see

if it is helpful to me. I think it's a pretty powerful drug. If you are having

heart issues, you may want to make sure this drug is for you - or at least wait

like you are thinking of doing. It's a hard drug to get on - you should have a

titration pack to get you on it over a month's time - and you can't stop it

abruptly. I have lost weight while on it because I'm just not hungry anymore. I

don't take other pain meds and had been taking a significant amount of Advil.
