Hi have a patient who was UNOS listed for kidney transplant has Medicare A & B

prime and Blue Shield PPO secondary. Patient while listed here in America went

to China and paid out of his own pocket for his transplant. My question is since

Medicare did not pay for the transplant will they cover the immunos?
