Guest guest Posted February 12, 2007 Report Share Posted February 12, 2007 Pete and all~ One of our local home trainers bought the HEG Pendant last Spring and was struggling with getting it to work. Complications in life prevented him from moving forward at that time. He has now tried to get back into using neurofeedback and still cant get the HEG pendant to work. There must of been 5 or 6 of us yesterday at our monthly meeting trying to help him without success. The green "connected" comes on, and the light on the headband seems to come on but the design will not move forward or register any activity even though the design says playing. We have tried several different designs and tried 2 different pockets that seems to work well. Does the pendant need its own designs? Any suggestions as to what the issue may be?
