Perhaps someone can clarify this for me, but if you are giving your

child Aloe Vera you are reducing the acidity of the stomach. However,

you need that acidity to properly handle the probiotics, correct?

Seems to me the one product can canel the other out.

Aloe is not an acid blocker like prescription drugs, it doesnt get rid of/block the acid it just helps calm it! Aloe is very healing when it comes to the gi. Most with gi issues have issues also with acid problems. Aloe is also an anti fungal/anit viral etc, immune booster, helps with yeast, vitamins/minerals, relieves constipation, non toxic, etc. etc. It has done wonders for our son, I would pick aloe over miralax, prevacid, etc(some old scripts for son).
