Yes, Vitalzyme came highly recommended as it dissolves fibrin, which

is part of the disorder. I've used that one myself, first for

adhesions after c-sections and then for a fibroid cyst that was

messing up my menses. It worked on the latter in just one day, two

separate times. I'm pretty impressed with that product.
