Cheryl.

Don't sweat .8 lbs. Everyone fluxuates on their weight I do and I am at goal.

We women love to retain fluids. I can't stress enough that our bodies are

constantly in motion, constantly changing from day to day. Don't they teach

this at WW? I would think so. You brought up the point of muscle mass. Yes,

this could be a factor. Your body is beinb tuned and toned right now with your

constant exercise. Relax Cheryl and enjoy your new life as it unfolds. You are

doing great!!

I've been sharing my new program, WW, and I am frustrated. I gained .8 of a

lb this week and that is following the program. The only thing I can think

is that I am suffering from constipation and my activity level has

increased. I am swimming laps daily for about 4 days this week. I didn't

think that was enough to build muscle and gain muscle weight. I AM NOT

giving up but I was pretty damn upset to gain weight, eating on the program.

There is one plan that will ensure that you will never regain another ounce

and always lose constantly, it is called death. You will shrivel away to

nothing, but I do not recommend it. If your weight does not fluctuate 1 or 2

lbs daily, check your pulse to ensure you are still alive.

If you're participating in the weight group, it's time for our weekly weigh

in. I'm happy to say I've lost 1 lb, and considering that's after two weeks

of vacation, I'm well pleased.

You can send your net loss/gain either through the group, or to me at

carol@....

I can't wait to see how everyone's done!

Much love,

Carol

Yikes! It sounds like my diet while I was up visiting my family! Well, at

least you made it through it with a loss. You really deserve credit for

that, LOL.

Much love,

Carol
