Guest guest
Toni, I too always had a hard time getting up for school when I was young. Come to think of it even older mornings were not good for me. liked working swing shift when I was working. Even now gettin up beforenoon is difficult for me. People were always criticising me for that until I started saying I am NOT available in the mornings. I don't let anyone talk me into changing this. Even My PCP only sees patients during the am and since it is an hour drive each way I dond't schedule any appointments with her or anyone else for mornings. She occasionally once or twice a year work an evening clinic so I see her then. Traffic is much better, less stress, parking is readily available and it ios a much better situation. We have to stand our ground with people especially the ones who don't undertstandd this illness and especially athose who don't even try. Diane Even more so with the doctors. ___________________
Guest guest
I do seem to be up more at night (between 12: to 4:00 I don't know why as daytime does not bother me. I like the brightness of sunlight. If I have a painful day I will close my blinds and it seems like its night. ________________________________ I feel good around 4-6 pm.. My pain level is down my energy is up. I do not have noise or stress here on the river alone. I'm usually up for an hour or four during the night. Mindy
