Guest guest
D, Not to quibble but vinegar is mentioned 3 times in the article and mentioned quite a few times in the comments in which Dr. Art Ayers responds. I did a google search and was unable to open any link to the USDA articles. Cheers, D Re: Vinegar to cure fatigue, restore Krebs cycle According to EarthClinic 2 tablespoons, but you may want to work your way up to that. Another article called " Cooling Inflammation " said that vinegar dissolves the biofilm in the gut that protects candida and bad bacteria that try to take over. > > >Daily vinegar is also supposed to heal arthritis! > > > >http://www.naturodo c.com/library/ lifestyle/ umeboshi_ vinegar.htm > > > > > > > >----------- --------- --------- ------- > > > >List Home Page: > > > >http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ DimethylSulfoxid e-DMSO > > > >Books: > >DMSO Nature's Healer by Morton > >MSM The Definitive Guide by Stanely MD and Appleton, NDYahoo! According to the hormone cascade charts I have seen cortisol is a steroid hormone, whose root source is cholesterol through the pathway: cholesterol > pregnenolone>17-Hydroxyprogesterone>cortisol Where does acetic acid come into this? I see no way for cortisol to be made from acetic acid, (any chemists here?) though perhaps it stimulates cortisol production by the adrenals somehow........ sol
Guest guest
Sandy You caught me up. I only skimmed through it and filed it away in my ever growing personal encyclopaedia of health resources. If I get to need more info I will dig it out. I use ACV on a daily basis. Have made a very refreshing drink with a tablespoon each of ACV,Lemon Juice and honey and add 1-2 cups hot water. often mix up some and cool it in the fridge. Also add ACV to several different fruit juices like concord grape, cranberry, blueberry, pommigranite, etc and add to most of my fruit and/or veggie smoothies. Cheers, Doug Re: Vinegar to cure fatigue, restore Krebs cycle According to EarthClinic 2 tablespoons, but you may want to work your way up to that. Guest guest
No problem, Doug...I've been known to do that myself. After reading this interesting info and all the benefits of taking ACV I am now drinking it [again]. I've been mixing mine in my green tea with a bit of stevia. Thanks for the idea about the smoothies. I make and drink those everyday made with my fresh kale, swiss chard, cilantro and parsley I grew all winter long on my sun-porch. I also make and drink Kefir everyday which has helped my gut more than anything else for the first time in my life. If you know of anyone who might want Kefir grains let them know because I have them [boy, do I have them!] and will ship. Guest guest
The naturodoc article said:... " However, if we take three cups of vinegar water (10 gr. powder) every day, we can get rid of obstinate stiff shoulders completely and recover our agile and flexible body in three or four days. The power of this vinegar is remarkable. " I believe the author is talking about Japanese umeboshi vinegar from plum. > > > > > > >Daily vinegar is also supposed to heal arthritis! > > > > > > > >http://www.naturodo c.com/library/ lifestyle/ umeboshi_ vinegar.htm > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > >----------- --------- --------- ------- > > > > > > > >List Home Page: > > > > > > > >http://health. groups.yahoo. com/group/ DimethylSulfoxid e-DMSO > > > > > > > >Books: > > > >DMSO Nature's Healer by Morton > > > >MSM The Definitive Guide by Stanely MD and Appleton, ND

Guest guest
In the Bible, book of Ruth, we can read a passage where Ruth and Boaz were working in the fields and ate barley bread dipped in vinegar for lunch. (Wow! They were really tough.) Imagine that coarse home baked bread with a solvent like vinegar swabbing out their gut as it worked it's way through. Squeaky-clean comes to mind.
