Guest guest
Hi, Kathy. It's not funny, but it's all I could think of off the top of my head: NBA: Millions for putting a ball in a hoop PGA: Millions for putting a ball in a hole MLB: Millions for hitting a ball with a bat ABA: Millions of kids with autism learning Applied Behavior Analysis: The sport of champions (or " Where's Our Wheaties Box?) Or a little more of an inside joke for ABAers: On the front, " Got Sr+? " and on the back: " ABA: It does behavior good " If I think of more, I'll send them. Best, _________________________________ Burk, M.A. Consulting Behavior Analyst _www.BurkABA.com_ (http://www.christinaburkaba.com/) 1 (866) 538-2575
Guest guest
Kathy and group, Our parent group had t-shirts printed back in the mid-nineties. They were well received. I still wear one if I'm taking Colin somewhere where I expect some " behavior. " It has nine stick people, arranged in rows of three. It says Autism above the figures and Everyone Communicates underneath them. All the figures have arms extended and beneath each one is a box with " Hello " in various languages. The figure in the center is slightly bigger with hands(flapping? signing?) extended as well as arms and the box underneath that figure says Autism. ,Colin P's mom [ ] Crosspost: T-shirt for ABA Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for a pro-ABA t-shirt. Maybe a free t-shirt and $50 amazon.com gift certificate if your idea is used? Remember, funny is good. Here is an idea but it is pro-BCBA: Top 10 Reasons to be a Behavior Analyst 10. We know our ABCs 9. We can teach stupid pet tricks 8. Don't blame me, I'm a product of my environment... 7. We don't need no stinkin' statistics! 6. The continual frustration of being right 5.
