OT - Looking to buy used books

Does anyone have any of the following books and are looking to sell:

1) Teaching Individuals with Developmental Delays by O. Ivar Lovaas

2) The ME Book by Lovaas

3) Teach Me Language by Freeman, PhD and Lorelei Dake, BA

4) Making A Difference by Cahterine Maurice

5) When Everybody Cares by Bobby Neuman (and the sequel, too)

Also, I somehow ended up with 2 copies of Maurice's first manual,

Behavioral Intervention for Young Children with Autism, and would be
