Hi Phil,

Reading Mastery is a Direct Instruction program that is scientifically

based, very behavioral and structured. It is sold by SRA, unfortunately

the kits are very expensive, since they are not geared toward

homeschoolers. Here is their webpage:

Sometimes you can find it on ebay for a lot cheaper.
