A new sequence (curriculum) of these advanced verbal skills will be presented. Additional topics discussed over the two-day workshop will include staff training, behavior problems, vocal development, classroom design, IEPS, augmentative communication, inclusion, peer interaction, self-stimulation, common teaching errors, and the power of Behavior Analysis as an ongoing conceptual tool to guide the intervention program. Continuing Eduction Certifications or Continuing education hours will be provided. Information will be posted as available. > ABOUT DR. MARK Sundberg, Ph.D., BCBA > Dr. Mark L. Sundberg, Ph.D., BCBA received his doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University (1980) under the direction of Dr. Jack . He is the founder and past editor of the journal The Analysis of Verbal Behavior, which is now published by The Association for Behavior Analysis: International, and co-author (with W. Partington, Ph.D.) of the books Teaching Language to Children with Autism or Other Developmental Disabilities, and The Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills: The ABLLS. He has published over 40 professional papers, given over 350 conference presentations and workshops, and taught 70 college courses on behavior analysis, verbal behavior, sign language, and child development.
