I know you were referring to what 's hypothesis is, I totally agree with her and have documents to back it up. She and I have been talking for years. It wasn't 's thoughts about the magnesium I was referring to, it was my doctor, I asked him how magnesuim works, and he pretty much told me that it gets the bowels moving. I phrased it as a question hoping someone would respond to how exactly magnesium works, because I'm not exactly sure.

As far as the studies, I am aware of the studies funded by Braintree Labs and in my opinion, they have no merit because they were giving them a dose based on body weight per hour, which is how they are suppose to dose it, but you cannot see the true side affects if given a small dose, therefore you wouldn't think it's doing any harm. This is like giving a little bit of caffine and saying, look there's no side affects, but given a larger dose, you can clearly see that it is harmful. Also, they did no studies if the children had bad bacteria in their guts like 's hypothesis. They never researched if and what could break it down. The adults in the Fatal Disnaetremia article died for a reason and his philosophy was that they could have died if they had escheria-coli in their gut......so they know something!

According to Medline, the proper is:

Children - the amount of PEG-electrolyte soulution taken is based on body weight and must be determined by your doctor. It is usually 25 to 40 milliliters (mL) per kilogram (kg) (11.3 to 18.2 ml per pound) of body weight per hour.

So my hypothesis is: If you give this so called, safe dose, it would have the same toxic affects on the body, only in a lesser form, because if you give a larger dose, the symptoms are clear.

Their hypothosis is; that's it's poorly absorbed, which means, some is absobed, and if there are hidden clauses like the ones in the article I found, about having certain bacteria that is breaking it down, then the smaller dose would be doing the same damage, only in a lesser form. They need to study why some people, not just children, are having reactions to this. Just because they created something that they can dose at a low level without seeing any side afffects doesn't justify the fact that it is still causing severe permanent damage. And the only way to come to that conclusion would be to give someone a much larger dose, and as a result, deaths, seizures, tics, tremors, EE, heart problems, neurological behaviors, OCD, tetnay, Autistic behaviors, etc. Which is clearly what has happened to the people here.

We need to change the protocol.................People wouldn't be dying from this if it was safe. We wouldn't have ONE person who contacted the FDA, or the 500 people on this board. They need to figure it out, and the only way to make this happen is to bring it to their attention.
