Guest guest
We had several flow sheets added. I don't think it is in there without adding it.leeclan wrote: dennis, where is the immunization flow sheet? Guest guest
if it has been installed for you, you could add it to any chart from the Facesheet. At the left side bottom there is a 'Flowsheet' button. Click it. It brings up the basic vital signs flowsheet. At the bottom is a button that says 'Add Flowsheet'. Click it. It brings up a search line, and type in % (the percent sign % is the wildcard to search all documents, templates, patients etc) All of the available flowsheets will be listed. Select the Immunization one if there, and add your data by selecting the 'add data' button from the button which are cryptically drawn on the left side of the flowsheet. If there is no immunization flowsheet, get your trainer on the phone and have one added to your application. Dennis Re: alteer emr short comings dennis, where is the immunization flow sheet? Guest guest
I was told that Alteer will provide an address for each of the docs using it, and also a practice website. If an office has several doctors, then they will also do a website for each of the docs, but for an extra fee. My email and website are not up yet. My trainer will set up my email, I don’t know who does the website yet. A. Eads, M.D. Pinnacle Family Medicine, PLLC phone fax P.O. This piece is a make it or break it segment for me or I will keep using soapware. I am concerned about several of the short comings. With the updates provided have any of these been addressed in the past? I would be very suprised if you could not run several programs independently at the same time on the computer and not cut and paste from one to another. Frequently all you have to do is push tab and Alt at the same time to tab and see what programs are running wo having to point and click. It is my understanding microsoft word processing can have some codes typed in where a complete text will then occur that you can modify. Does that work inside the alteer emr?
