In the fridge? If you mean freezer, yes, but in the fridge? I would think

they'd be spoiled and moldy. Unless you mean they have been dried and you

put them in the fridge. If so, then yes, you can use them.

Just taste them. If they are still hot, they are good to use. Some herbs

will loose potency after a year or so, other's don't. If they still are

potent and hot, then certainly, use them. But I would suggest you just

leave them in the tincture rather than strain after 2 weeks. Being old, you

d want to get the most out of them that you possibly can.
