Guest guest
You might want to look at the Amega Wand. There is a video clip of a dog being healed. The dog did not have a heart issue but had paralysis. Guest guest
Hello Ariel, I'm not sure this would apply for dogs but some studies done on rats showed that turmeric reversed enlarged heart. On the cancercured list they have been talking about curcumin [turmeric] and it's many benefits and how bioavailability is a problem. One member said they were told that if you boil curcumin with distilled water for 10 minutes that helps. Maybe you could try that? Guest guest
Biologically Appropriate Raw Food diet - preservatives and grains in even the best commercial dog foods are leading to degenerative diseases in dogs. There are many versions of this out there now, look for the ones that don't have you add any rice or grains - dogs don't need them. When we got our chihuahua mix as a pup he had a heart murmur bad enough that they wouldn't neuter him. I put him on raw chicken necks and backs, livers, gizzards, etc. and in a few months the heart murmur was gone. He's very healthy now. Vitamin C & lysine have been shown to reverse heart disease in humans. Get him checked for lyme disease. There is a " Snap 3 DR " test (or maybe a newer version now) that they can use in the office. One thing that happens with lyme sometimes is it can attack the sac around the heart and make it swell. The ticks that carry lyme are so small you may never know they were on your dog, and they're carried by mice so he could have gotten one anywhere mice can go (even indoors). Fluoride in water accumulates in the aorta in some cases 1000 times as much as anywhere else in the body. The doctor who found that, studying cadavers, had a theory that iodine has a role in preventing heart disease. Where iodine is deficient and fluoride is present, the body takes up fluoride instead (they're both in the halide group and react in chemistry in a similar way). If he's drinking tap water, stop giving it to him and give him unfluoridated water with some iodine drops in it. Vitamins C and D have been shown to help prevent problems with fluoride. Vitamin D is easily given to dogs in the form of cod liver oil - just empty a capsule over their food. Most dogs like it. > > > I have an older chihuahua with an enlarged heart. > > Does anyone have any alternative medicine recommendations or > > refer me to some natural pet medicines or home remedies > > Thanks >
