Steve, Lena, Sol, Lori,

Thanks for your advice on nail ridges. I don't have eczema or psoriasis, but am

diabetic and might have malabsorption of nutrients. As diabetic, can't convert

beta carotene to Vit A, and can't convert K to K2 either.

Will have to drink more water. Worried about auto-immune as two of my sisters

have it.
