Guest guest
Hi all, I am a mother of 3, my last blood tests were in December in normal ranges, I was feeling fine, then a couple nights ago I just could not stop crying, could not sleep, and my body was shaking. Before that and during that I was having strange phobias, and during it I was thinking about dying. I often am scared about things that are sometimes irrational, and do occasionally feel sad about things in general. I am wondering what triggered it, since the only different thing I consumed that day was caffeine, although 2 days later I still feel pretty low. Have any of you experienced this; do you know if it could be related to blood sugar or menstrual cycle? I am not keen on going to the doctor right away, since I know their first solution will be some kind of crazy medication. Also have any of you heard of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, if you can use it to treat thyroid issues? I would appreciate any advice or anyone's experience so I know this might be normal someone with hypothyroid/Hashimoto's.
