Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Sheila,

About the irritable bowel syndrome, I have it too, but I've

heard/read that meds are not good for it in the long term. Are you

taking triphala? That solves much of the problem for me. I've also

heard that biofeedback -- in your spare time? ;-) -- is very helpful

for it. I imagine yoga would also help.
