I think and Cari sort of knew what to look for having been at tapings

simultaneously before but may not have had a clue of what you looked like if

they were there early enough.

Yes, it went out the door and not everyone got in for . I was near the

front, people started coming in after 8 (I was there at 5 of). He's teaching

another class at 11:30am, which I think will be even more packed.

Aamnda...the instructor before him...I think her name was Mischelle??? Well

she was a fireball!!! Definitely a killer workout!

You are addicted now, I can tell. That is terrific, Kat. You survived and

had fun. That is so cool that you will be able to go every Saturday. I am

talked about how we plan on going to LA to take classes. We could meet up

with all in LA and have a blast. I am so jealous of you! In no time, you

will surpass us in speed and endurance. One question: What does Shellie's

I'm so glad you got to workout with ! He really is such an

incredible person! You would think that as famous as he is....he

wouldn't be so approachable, but he is so sincere and honestly seems

to be grateful for the compliments! The intensity at those classes

is something else, isn't it? It's non-stop, but there's something

about the music and the energy of all the other people that somehow

keeps you going I'm so proud of you for taking the plunge and

going to a live class (with the man himself nonetheless)! I knew

you'd be addicted as soon as you went to one class.....there's no

stopping you now!

Just curious....who is Caroline? Is she someone we know from the

videos or just someone who works there?

Glad you had such a great experience! You are seriously making me

consider buying a plane ticket and coming out there for a visit!

Maybe sometime in September or October.....anyone else want to join

me?

I think that was Mikala.....I watched her teach part of her class

when I was out there and she has TONS of energy! It looked like a

really good class and I think some of the regulars that we talked to

said she was a really good instructor! You're right, though,

....I think they're all good!

times a week (for the past 1 1/2 years) and lost 35# from it. She was a

great source of info. She's the one who told me Jasmine only teaches like 3

days a week.
