I've had one of those days of heavy duty brain fog, I was very very worried

about going to dinner with my husband & his new boss. In my moment of panic, I

decided to take non-drowsy decongestants and loads of coffee. I wanted to be

sharper. I ended up feeling more like a wide-awake drunk.

Now needless to say I am wired.. that's with a capital 'W'.

I have learned my lesson. This is the way my health is and I've got to live with

it. Not deny it.

I know how you feel. I can drink several cups of coffee, and still end up

taking a 2 hour nap (and wake up from the nap feeling horrible). I have

discovered a couple of zero calorie energy drinks that help me feel a tiny bit

alert, but not wired like coffee does.
