Guest guest
Hi Pete and all, I have used at T3 and T4 a 2Ch Windowed Squash, leaving 6-12Hz in the window, as this appeared to be a really scooped out area in a 48y old man, with very hot temporals (beta about 20%; hibeta about 25%). I just trained him once and after the session, while driving home, he started crying for about an hour: he even didn’t know why, but he couldn’t stop the tears running down his cheeks. He really felt bad and very, very depressed. He said it had been a long time he felt that bad and he couldn’t think of any reason for this emotional response. Could someone explain to me what happened here ? The man suggested it was probably due to the eyes closed training, because he went very deep and this never feels good to him (eg meditation sometimes gives the same response). Should I try EO training ? Or maybe just squish 15-38Hz EC ? Or leave those hot temporals and start in the frontals ? Thanks for your advice.
